Open Request Activity
Section titled “Open Request Activity”- Open the user menu in the portal header.
- Select Request Activity.
The modal is titled Request Activity - 30 Day Rolling and uses the number of active locations in your workspace when calculating available resources.
Request Allowances
Section titled “Request Allowances”| Channel | What the panel shows |
|---|---|
| SMS/MMS | Requests used, requests remaining, and the percentage still available in the rolling 30-day window |
| Requests used, requests remaining, and the percentage still available in the rolling 30-day window | |
| QR/Link | Unlimited requests; opening a shared link or QR code does not consume an email or SMS request allowance |
As an older request moves outside the 30-day window, the available count refreshes automatically. This is a rolling period, not a fixed calendar month.
Notification Activity
Section titled “Notification Activity”The lower section shows the workspace’s rolling 30-day totals for:
- SMS notifications
- Email notifications
- Voice notifications
These are internal notification deliveries, separate from customer review or form requests. A notification can also depend on user eligibility, verified contact details, responsibilities, and the selected Flow or Form settings. See Notifications for those rules.
What to Do When Availability Is Low
Section titled “What to Do When Availability Is Low”- Confirm that the activity is expected before sending another large batch.
- Use a Smart Link, QR code, or NFC experience when a public entry method fits the task.
- Use Send from Your Device for an individual request when you want your own email or messaging app to send it.
- Contact FSRevs if the displayed allowance or active-location count does not match your account expectations.
