Manager Feedback
What This Helps You Do
Section titled “What This Helps You Do”Read customer feedback across the locations you manage, find items that still need a response, document your follow-up, and control whether feedback and a reply appear publicly.
Who Can Open the Report
Section titled “Who Can Open the Report”The report is available to Owners, Administrators, and Location Managers. Every result is limited to locations the signed-in manager can manage, so two managers may see different totals.
Open Reports > Manager Feedback. The initial view is Last 7 Days and sorts the newest feedback first.

Follow Up on Feedback
Section titled “Follow Up on Feedback”Select Follow Up on a card. The follow-up window gives you three separate controls:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Mark as Responded | Records that your team followed up by reply, email, phone, or another method |
| Show Feedback Publicly | Controls whether the feedback is eligible for your public testimonial surfaces after saving |
| Public Reply | Saves an optional business reply of up to 2,000 characters; entering a reply marks it Responded |
If you add a reply while the feedback is private, FSRevs asks you to choose:
- Make Public & Save Reply — Publishes the feedback and saves the reply with it.
- Save Reply (Keep Private) — Stores the reply as a private draft and keeps the feedback off public testimonial surfaces.
This confirmation prevents a reply from publishing private feedback by accident.
Copy a Reply for Email
Section titled “Copy a Reply for Email”Use Copy for Email when you want the same wording in your email app. Copying only places the draft on your clipboard. It does not:
- Send an email
- Save the reply
- Publish the feedback
- Mark the feedback Responded
After copying, select Email Reviewer, paste the wording into the email, and return to Follow Up to save the appropriate status or reply separately.
Public Visibility and Replies
Section titled “Public Visibility and Replies”Public feedback can appear on eligible public pages or widgets according to their own display and filtering settings. A saved public reply can appear with it when owner/business replies are enabled.
Private feedback and a Private Reply Draft remain internal. Before making feedback public, confirm that you have permission to publish the customer’s content and media.
A Practical Follow-Up Routine
Section titled “A Practical Follow-Up Routine”- Start with Needs Follow-up First.
- Open the oldest or most urgent concern.
- Review the full record and customer context.
- Contact the reviewer by email or phone when appropriate.
- Save a concise reply if you want it retained with the feedback.
- Mark the item Responded.
- Make it public only when the content is suitable and you have permission to use it.
