Find Your Workspace & Sign In
What This Helps You Do
Section titled “What This Helps You Do”Open the correct FSRevs workspace, understand which sign-in identifier to use, reset a forgotten password, and recognize when a manager needs to help.
Find the Correct Workspace
Section titled “Find the Correct Workspace”Each FSRevs workspace has its own portal address. If you no longer have that address, open Find your workspace from the main FSRevs site.
Choose one of two lookup methods:
| Method | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Email address / Account Email | Your account has an email address. FSRevs shows every available Workspace ID connected to it, because one email may belong to more than one workspace. |
| Workspace ID | You know the short workspace value chosen during setup, or you sign in with a username and do not have an account email. |
Selecting an available result opens that workspace’s sign-in page. An email lookup also fills the email field for you.
If FSRevs recognizes the workspace but says it is currently unavailable, use the support options shown instead of registering a replacement workspace.
Section titled “Sign In”On the workspace login page:
- Enter your Email address or Username.
- Enter your password.
- Leave Remember me selected on a private device, or clear it on a shared device.
- Select Sign in.
The login field accepts either identifier, but both must belong to the same user account. A saved username cannot be used in the email-only password-reset form.
If You Forgot Your Password
Section titled “If You Forgot Your Password”Select Forgot password? and enter the email address on your active account. FSRevs emails a reset link to that address.
- Password reset requires an active account with an email address.
- The reset link expires after 1 hour.
- If you sign in only with a username or no longer control the saved email, ask an Owner, Administrator, or appropriate Location Manager to help from Users.
A manager can use Send Password Reset for an active account. That action can send one reset email every 5 minutes. If no email is available, an authorized manager can use Set/Change Password instead.
If Your Account Is Not Active Yet
Section titled “If Your Account Is Not Active Yet”A new team member may have sign-in details but still need activation. The user directory explains the next action:
- Setup invitation sent — Open the invitation email, create and confirm a password, accept the Terms of Use, and finish setup. The invitation is valid for 14 days.
- Terms required — The account is active; sign in and accept the current Terms of Service before continuing.
- Cannot sign in — Ask a manager to send a new setup invitation, add an email address, or set a password manually.
- Sign-in blocked — The account has been removed and must be restored before it can sign in.
Creating a user does not send an invitation automatically. See Managing Users for the complete manager workflow.
Terms Required After Sign-In
Section titled “Terms Required After Sign-In”If FSRevs asks you to review updated Terms of Service, read them and select I Accept These Terms. You will then return to the page you originally tried to open.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| No workspace found for an email | Check spelling and try another email you may have used. If you normally use a username, search by Workspace ID instead. |
| More than one workspace | Choose the Workspace ID that matches the business you want to open. |
| Workspace currently unavailable | Use the support details shown. Do not create a duplicate workspace. |
| Account not activated | Ask a manager to check the user state and send a setup invitation or set a password. |
| Reset email missing | Check spam, promotions, and filtered folders. Confirm that the account is active and that the manager or reset form used the correct email. |
| Too many workspace searches | Wait before trying again. The finder limits repeated searches to protect account information. |
